As part of our commitment to overall health and beauty, we offer Pilates classes in our beautiful Pilates studio. Pilates is a combination of techniques that has a long history, although it has only recently become popular. These low-impact techniques effectively condition the body by focusing on what are not only the most important muscles for health and fitness, but are also the most cosmetic muscle groups: the abdominals, gluteals, and lower back.
