Michelle Hartog APRN, MSN, MHS received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1982 from Florida State University and Masters of Healthcare Science at Texas Weslyan College in 1992. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College and is licensed as and Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida. She maintains board certification the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has experience in intensive care, open-heart surgery, pediatric intensive care, and emergency medicine as well as outpatient surgery and recovery room. She served as the Clinical Nurse Manager for the Aesthetic Surgery Center of Winter Park, LLC for over 15 years, a surgery center started by Michelle and her husband, Plastic Surgeon, Jeffrey Hartog MD. She also volunteers practicing primary care medicine for the underserved and underinsured population in the Orlando, Florida, area at Shepherd’s Hope.
Michelle’s focus for the past 25 years has been aesthetic medicine specializing in dermal injections, aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. She is trained in multiple dermal fillers and neuromodulators as well as lasers and vaginal rejuvenation devices. She is also recognized as an Allergan Master Injector. She is the owner and principal provider for Aesthetic Technologies, LLC, a company that provides aesthetic services to the Bougainvillea Clinique in Winter Park, Florida, as well as preceptorships to nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical students, as well as aesthetic consulting.
Michelle is a national Trainer and US Faculty for Allergan Medical Institute and provides aesthetic training to physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants and registered nurses. Michelle is also a Pilates instructor certified through Romana’s Pilates and has been teaching Pilates for 20 years.
Michelle is associated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner and Sigma Theta Tau, Upsilon Omega chapter.
