Jesse is a licensed aesthetician with 14 years experience at the Bougainvillea Clinique. While studying and graduating from the University of Central Florida, Jesse’s personal journey to healthy skin provoked an interest in becoming certified in skincare. After attending the Florida College of Natural Health, she developed a passion for all things skin related and a desire to help others with their individual skin care needs.
Jesse performs a wide range of advanced chemical peels, medical microdermabrasion treatments, Dermafrac micro needling and comprehensive product consultations to fit each patients specific concerns and helping them obtain their goals.

She was born in Brazil and later in life moved to Chile. Her career in aesthetics began while doing massage at the most prestigious spa in Santiago. Dagmar has been with the Bougainvillea Clinique for 20+ years and brings a multitude of experience in Endermologie treatments for cellulite and body contouring. In the last 4 years she has integrated Venus legacy and TruSculpt skin tightening series for optimum results. In her own words, “I love my work and my clients. My goal is to provide a great experience and continue to improve myself personally and professionally”.
Karen Grady, LPN
Patient Care Coordinator
Karen specializes in pre- and post-operative nursing at the Bougainvillea Clinique. She brings more than 20 years of supportive patient care and operating room circulation experience. Karen studied psychology at the University of Memphis and went on to complete nursing at Methodist University Hospital. She moved to Florida 15 years ago and has specialized in Plastic Surgery since. Her role is intricate in the surgery patient experience from the moment a patient schedules their cosmetic procedure to questions before and post operative care. Karen has a vast understanding of what it takes to make aesthetic surgery a seamless process.

Melissa Biber, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Melissa began her career 5 years ago as a Massage Therapist. She has been with the Bougainvillea Clinique for 3 years as our resident CoolSculpting Specialist, Aesthetic Technician and Consultant, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Her strong interest in the health field led Melissa to gain a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida. Wanting a more hands-on career in the health field, she, then, went on to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Melissa focuses on massage techniques including therapeutic, deep tissue, swedish, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. She, also, is a Certified Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Plus Practitioner, helping our patients in the healing process after cosmetic surgery. Melissa has attended CoolSculpting Certifications courses and CoolSculpting University to gain a deep knowledge and understanding for body sculpting using Cryolipolysis. Melissa is also certified in radio frequency treatments such as truSculpt, Venus Legacy, and Venus Viva. She provides hands-on care to make her patients look and feel their best.
