Fat grafting can be combined with breast implants in what we call composite breast augmentation or the cleavage augmentation procedure. This patient presented wanting larger implants, but also more fullness and cleavage. Larger implants were placed and fat was grafted towards the middle and upper part of the breasts to get greatly improved appearance of the cleavage area.
