Hello to our patients and friends,
We want to inform you of our policies still in place due to Covid-19. As the pandemic worsens, we continue to monitor and abide by the CDC guidelines and expect our patients to follow protocols we have put in place in an effort to keep you and our staff safe.
We are still working a modified schedule and may not have normal hours on some days. Therefore, if you do not have an appointment and need to come to the office, we strongly encourage you to call first. If you need to schedule an appointment or have a question and get our voicemail, please leave a message or you can send a text to our office number and we will get back to you the next business day. Surgery patients will be given instructions on how to reach Dr. Hartog after hours if necessary.
We will conduct most of our business as usual, however, in an effort to practice social distancing we are not utilizing our waiting room or allowing patients to congregate in the office. Please do not bring children, friends or family members with you to your appointment unless they are being treated, as they will not be permitted in the office.
Upon arrival, please wait in your car and call or text the office to check-in first, we will have a concierge greet you to take your temperature. Masks are required to come into the office and must be worn at all times unless instructed to remove – no exceptions. Also, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and sign a waiver prior to treatment. If you need to be numb for your procedure, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment with a clean face and no makeup – if necessary, you may have to numb in your car and then come in as soon as your provider is ready. Hand sanitizer is provided as you enter the office, please use it.
We have always provided a freshly disinfected office, however, due to Covid, we have taken extra measures thus adding more time in between appointments.
The Bougainvillea Clinique offers an online store that provides access to purchasing skincare products and certain treatments 24 hours a day. When you make a purchase on the store it is executed the next business day and sent via USPS or delivered curbside for your convenience.
We are all ready to get back to normal, but as we continue to navigate the pandemic, ask that you have patience with our staff while we ensure a safe environment for everyone.
